I enjoyed my spacious room with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The cozy guest lounge offered great snacks and coffee to start my day right, all while being just a short stroll away from iconic spots like the Chicago Theatre and Cloud Gate.

Had an awesome time with friends! The views from our room were breathtaking, and we loved hanging out at the lounge. We hit the Buckingham Athletic Club for a workout, which was a nice perk. Just a heads-up, the hotel is on the 40th floor, so it might feel a bit tricky to find at first. But it was worth it for the beautiful spacious room and convenience to downtown activities.

We faced a frustrating experience with the front desk. They were hard to reach, and when we needed fresh sheets late at night, it took forever to get help. That was a bit disappointing.

Dated bathrooms could use a design overhaul!!! Inconvenient elevator navigation made those with luggage frustrated during check-in!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in rooms needs serious attention!!! Cleanliness inconsistencies were disappointing!!!

I absolutely loved the splendid views from the 40th floor and the convenient location just a block from the L trains. My room was incredibly quiet, which is a rare find in a big city! I felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints.

The view from our room was simply amazing! 😍 Waking up to the sunrise over the lake made everything else worthwhile. However, checking in was a bit chaotic as no one was at the front desk when we arrived.

stayed at buckingham for 2 nights with family and loved it! the views from our deluxe king room on the 40th floor were incredible, especially the view of the willis tower. the location is close to plenty of restaurants, just a short walk away, and also near the blue line subway station. the guest lounge was a nice touch, with snacks and coffee available all day!

Spacious room, amazing view, with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan from the 40th floor that makes every morning special and a convenient 5-minute walk from LaSalle/Van Buren metropolis makes exploration easy.

Enjoyed our stay in a suite on the 40th floor! The morning coffee overlooking the lake was a highlight. The staff went above and beyond, especially at night when assistance was needed. For future guests, don’t miss the charming onsite restaurant for breakfast.

The view from my room was outstanding and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the room had issues like a cold temperature due to a malfunctioning thermostat and I did not receive the room I expected initially. It's a good option for a nice city getaway but could improve on room maintenance.
